Our factory undertakes the detailed design for impeccable implementation and installation of the Silo, in order to meet the needs of each production process, but also the specific real manufacturing conditions in the premises the silo is installed. The project is deemed complete upon installation, delivery, start of operation and training of the personnel. Silo is a multifunctional construction for the storage of plastic granule raw material. The Silo can be shaped in relation to the storage of one (1) up to four (4) materials, and also in relation to dimensions, based on the desired capacity and the real manufacturing dimensions of the factory. The main characteristics of the Silo are the following: • Silo of raw material. • Storage of one (1) up to four (4) different raw materials in the same Silo. • Connectivity capability to the existing air-conveying network. • Transfer capability of raw material from and to the Dryer. • Main dimensions: Maximum height with support legs and cone: 4.65 m – depth 2.20m – width 2.00m. • Floor height: 1.19m. • Total weight: 1,130kg. • Total Silo capacity: 15.70 m3. • Wagon for loading raw material to the Silo. • Technical characteristics: Capacity of 240Lt – Silo loading capability 3m3 /hr – 1m3 / hr – Vacuum 5.5 Kw (7.5 Hp). • Operation management software with corresponding graphic representation. • Capability of raw material full control with high-accuracy load cells of industrial specifications on each support leg, panel with PLC and management software with comprehensive update and record, even in the four-material configuration.
