Semi-automated production line for continuous and smooth slicing and packaging of various types or shapes of bread. Line designed for slicing and packaging small quantities of different types of products. • Unique blade lubrication and cleaning system (fog-free, non-contact) • Up to 5 times lower oil consumption thanks to the oil regeneration and filtration system • Even suitable for slicing 100 % black rye bread and scalded bread • Adjustable conveyor and band blade speed using frequency converters • The slicer and the packaging machine can be operated separately • Bags are closed using a clip band, tape, or twist, with or without sealing • Packaging into paper bags • L, U, and Z configurations are available as required • Recipes can be changed simply and quickly (taking up to 1 min) via the HMI display • Stainless steel design • Option: integrated metal detector • Option: date printing on the clip band (8, 11, or 16 symbols) using a thermal or inkjet printer • Option: labelling machine
