OverviewDSTI HPS Series 3-passage rotary unions provide three independent fluid passages with a specialized sealing system rated for up to 20,000 PSI (1,375 BAR). Standard construction is all stainless steel with medium-pressure housing connections and O-ring gland shaft connection, designed for harsh marine and offshore environments. Configurations and materials can be modified to meet application-specific requirements.

NotesOperational life depends on rotational speed, duty cycle and media. Applications above 220°F (105°C) require alternate seal materials. Use of water above 212°F (100°C) also requires alternate seals. Minimum torque values apply at zero pressure with oil/hydraulic media; torque may increase for different media or dry running.
