The CT-20 crown turret has been designed for equipping transfer lines and special machines. It’s able to execute turning and milling operations with high performances and great productivity. ■ One only servomotor drives the turret indexing and the rotating tools ■ Clamping and unclamping without lifting, hydraulically operated ■ Bidirectional rotation ■ Higher rigidity and accuracy thanks to Hirth couplings ■ All disc stations can be used for rotating tools ■ The direct transmission from motor to tool guarantees better performances in milling operations, even with high speeds ■ Tool rotation speed up to 12.000 RPM ■ Coupling according to DIN 5480 and zero detent system
