Product description
The FLS15 hydraulic flange spreader is a wedge-driven, single-acting tool for separating pipe flanges to allow gasket replacement, cleaning and repair. It provides up to 15 metric tons (33,000 lb) of spreading force per unit, with a compact length of 287 mm and a weight of approximately 3.2 kg, designed for professional maintenance and onsite operations.

Operation
The spreader operates via an integrated wedge. It is single-acting and requires a pressure-holding hydraulic pump. Maximum operating pressure: 10,000 psi (700 bar). For combined force, use two units in opposition to obtain 30 metric tons (2 x 15). Minimum insertion gap: 5 mm.
