Highly accurate and versatile
The TEE501 digital temperature sensing element meets highest requirements in terms of accuracy and reliability. Its diverse applications range from industrial and building automation to medical devices or white goods. A footprint of only 2.5 x 2.5 mm and integrated pull-up resistors facilitate the design-in of the TEE501. The DFN 8-pin package allows up to 8 devices on one I2C interface. Furthermore, the TEE501 convinces with an operating range from -40 to 135°C and an accuracy of up to ±0.2 °C, which makes it an ideal solution for demanding measuring tasks.
Easy-to-integrate DFN housing
The small dual flat no-leads (DFN) housing has a footprint of only 2.5 x 2.5 mm and can therefore be integrated into almost any application. The integrated pull-up resistors additionally facilitate the design-in. The sensing element requires a supply voltage of 2.35 - 3.60 V for operation.
Data communication via I²C interface
The I²C interface ensures interference-free data communication with the TEE501 and supports communication speeds of 100 / 400 / 1000 kHz. The measured values are available in 16-bit integer format and can be processed directly. Robust I²C interface communication is ensured by a checksum and glitch suppression.
8 individually adjustable I²C addresses make it possible to operate up to 8 sensing elements on one I²C bus.
