Analog-digital converter AT84AS001

The AT84AS001 is the first in a series of a family of 12-bit Analog Digital Converters from Teledyne e2v. It is a high performance 12-bit, 500 Msps Analog Digital Converter featuring low power consumption and true 12-bit linearity for IF sampling applications. In order to minimise signal distorsion in pre-ADC signal condition stages, AT84AS001 stands out by providing a reduced 1Vpeak-peak full scale voltage range without trade-offs on noise floor. Its electrical performance is coupled with ease of integration into new or existing designs by such features as AC or DC coupled analog input, 3-wire serial programming interface (gain control, offset control, standby mode and Built-In-Test), Double Data Rate clock output and synchronous reset input.
