Construction robot

The BRICKLAYER ROBOT is an independent machine that can be used on construction sites without electricity, because it is powered by an autonomous generator, a robot that makes simple and double walls of bricks and blocks of various types and sizes, including corners. The BRICKLAYER ROBOT is made up of 1 carriage on which are positioned the LAYING ROBOT that builds the wall, with the DISPENSER next to it that separates and applies the ECOGRIP mortar to the block and lifts it up to the robot 's gripping hand , connected to the SERVICES trolley with the power generator, the electrical systems and the air conditioner on top. In an area adjacent to the building, a DEPALLETIZING ROBOT picks up the blocks from the pallets and loads them onto LASER-GUIDED CARTS that transport them to the LAYING ROBOT . The average cycle time is approximately 6” per laying, which for walls of two coupled ECOHOUSE SYSTEM blocks , from 20 to 44 cm thick, is equivalent to 2 minutes per square meter, i.e. approximately 20 times the work of a bricklayer. The robot can work 24 hours a day without interruptions, and being protected and thermally conditioned, it can work in difficult conditions with scorching heat, wind and cold from -40°C to +80°C; so its work is equivalent to about 60 working days of a bricklayer. Management is entrusted to just 2 people who load the programs, bring the pallets with the blocks to the station near the depalletizing robot and manage the work. The bricklayer robot for its low cost and for the yield is economical and convenient paying for itself in less than a year of work. Once the work is finished, it will go out the door or be taken away to be used for other walls.
