The projects are based on the construction of road and/or railway bridges, made with long-lasting components, designed with simple concepts and consolidated technologies that will allow their construction from A FEW WEEKS to A FEW MONTHS .
The bridge is composed of 3 distinct structures interconnected with each other, the reinforced concrete bases, the self-supporting horizontal structure with steel lattice beams with a boxed structure, and the colored honeycomb polycarbonate casing. The span supports can be simple parapets or pylons made with the A SACCO technique of Roman bridges, updated with modern technologies with external formworks in COR-TEN steel sheets and filled with fiber cement, in order to reduce the construction time and have the metal part exposed, no longer subject to rusting of the internal rods due to the hygroscopicity of the cement, so as to make the structure practically eternal.
The bridges can have 2 to 6 lanes, on 1 or more levels, with an anti-seismic load-bearing structure, assembled and launched by pushing on site without critical issues and suspended masses, with lattice beams profiled in high-strength steel sheets, more structurally resistant than commercial solid drawn bars and about 30% lighter, galvanized and protected with INTUMESCENT PAINTS resistant to fire and marine corrosion, for a lifespan estimated at hundreds of years. The interlocking joints avoid both welding and screw joints as much as possible, allowing both structural and assembly critical issues to be reduced to a minimum.
