ECDM 2100 are conductivity and pH monitors suited for preparative and flash chromatography. Thanks to the unique ECOM design of the conductivity cell, it radically improves chromatography process monitoring. The monitor cell had been developed for high-pressure applications, which means it can be used in CaptureSMB applications. These applications utilize a twin-column periodic countercurrent (PCC) process used for the continuous purification of monoclonal antibodies. The unit is controlled by a printed board, which measures the conductivity of liquid passing through both the cell and the pH value.
