Product overview
The modular accommodation and shelter module 501 was designed in 1996 as a replacement for tents. It is engineered for transport in standard 20' containers and for assembly on site in under 12 man-hours without mechanical equipment.

Use and evolution
Since its initial design the module has been continuously developed. Its production, transport and installation simplicity allow use across a wide range of applications: humanitarian emergencies, accommodation camps for mining and large construction projects, hospitals, hotels, chalets and other temporary or permanent needs in cold and hot climates. Configurations are available as single-, two- or three-storey units. Thousands of modules have been produced over 30 years with ongoing engineering improvements to support rapid deployment of turnkey large camps while meeting safety, comfort and reliability requirements.

Exemplary drawings
Series 501 modules can be supplied fully assembled and equipped with necessary fittings, cables and pipes, ready for connection to mains on site when required.
