Overview With the EFA-SST® Secure you provide maximum protection for people and assets without sacrificing the speed of a high-performance high-speed door. The spiral door integrates into the building envelope and delivers high opening and closing speeds to keep processes efficient while securing valuable goods. The Secure series addresses a wide range of security applications where burglary, robbery or vandalism resistance is required.

Unassailable security Double-sided automatic locking mechanisms reliably secure the door at every closing operation, creating a nearly insurmountable barrier. Combined with an extremely robust construction and a drive based on reinforced hinge chains, the door is suited for sensitive zones and provides maximum protection against break‑in, robbery and vandalism.

Guaranteed longevity The average opening speed of the curtain is approximately 1.0 m/s and the closing speed approximately 0.6 m/s. The EFA-SST® Secure is designed for up to 250,000 load cycles per year and a service life of at least 10 years. It covers openings from pedestrian doors to truck entrances.

Manual emergency operation The door frames include special pre-tensioned springs for quick manual emergency operation. In case of emergency or power failure, the door can be opened within seconds to evacuate or provide access as required.

Certified resistance Certified by ift Rosenheim in accordance with DIN/TS 18194:2020 – RC 4, the door meets Resistance Class 4 (RC 4) for high-level protection against burglary, robbery and vandalism.
