Overview
This pneumatic expanding shaft is equipped with manual axial displacement systems for precise web alignment. It is suitable for both double-supported and cantilever (single-supported) shaft arrangements and is intended for industrial rewind/unwind applications where axial positioning of the web is required.

Axial Adjustment Systems for Expanding Shafts
  • Axial Non-Stop: Mechanism allows the knob to be released for manual axial displacement while the machine remains running — suitable for high-production lines.
  • Simple Axial: Allows axial displacement but the knob remains linked to shaft rotation; machine stop may be required for safe adjustment.
