Designed to hold double-supported expanding shafts and transmit power, acting as the link between a motor/brake and the expanding roll shaft. Semi-automatic opening system using a solenoid valve that operates two pneumatic cylinders integrated into the support. Active safety system through rotation point sensing, indicating whether opening is safe or not. The opening is triggered by a button or lever located in an operator-friendly area. The contact area with the expanding shaft is interchangeable and features gas nitriding treatment for high-performance surface hardness, enhancing the equipment’s lifespan. Load capacity: 3,500 kg.
