Description

Soil thermometers - This soil thermometer or soil probe thermometer is suitable for measuring the temperature of soil, compost or similar, ideal for the horticulturist or keen gardener. Alys Fowler writes in The Guardian: “a soil thermometer is a worthwhile investment. The general rule is that the soil needs to be 8-10 °C consistently for a week or so to get growth going.” The ETI soil probe thermometer measures temperature over the range of 0 to 80°C in 1°C increments. The soil thermometer is housed in a strong plastic case with a pointed tip, the dimensions of the case are 13mm x 320mm.
