These motors consist of the wound laminated stator core and the related rotors or rotor bodies in the models IM 5002, IM 5010 in accordance with IEC 34-7 Code II. They can be supplied with a shaft to meet your needs. The standard design is for 1 AC 230 V / 50 Hz für A.C. operation (EBE/EBEW) or 3 AC 230V/400 V / 50Hz for a three phase A. C. power supply (DKE series). Winding designs for other voltages and frequencies can be supplied on request. If the shell-type motors can be particularly well cooled, e. g. as may be the case for pump drives with liquids, we adapt the design to match these conditions. The stator winding is designed in the insulating material class F, and the installation of contacts for thermal motor protection is possible. These shell-type motors offer a wide range of possible applications, e. g. in pumps, hoisting gear, conveyor belts, grinding machines or power garden tools. The shell-type motors could be adapted to nearly every case of application you want. Low weight and large power density are usefull for your special use and the basis for a long operating life.
