The immersion type surface treatment and washing line is designed for the cleaning, rinsing, and drying of metal parts through a multi-bath process. The system operates with an overhead crane handling mechanism, providing controlled and safe material transfer throughout the line. The line consists of 6 washing/rinsing tanks, 2 transport baskets, 1 drying oven, and an overhead crane system with a lifting capacity of 1 ton. Tanks are positioned sequentially to meet different chemical treatment and rinsing requirements. Each tank has dimensions of 1,000 mm depth, 1,000 mm height, and 3,000 mm length. Chemical washing tanks are manufactured with AISI 316 grade stainless steel inner surfaces, while rinsing tanks are produced with AISI 304 grade stainless steel. This structure ensures high corrosion resistance and long operational life. The overhead crane system enables efficient, ergonomic, and safe transfer of baskets between process stages. The drying oven eliminates residual moisture on parts after washing and rinsing, completing the surface treatment process. The system is suitable for pre-paint surface preparation, industrial component cleaning, and chemical surface treatment applications.
