Support frame made from electrically welded tubular sections,
protected against corrosion by aluminising the hot and cold sections.
Laboratory cladding: welded ‘alusi’ sheet metal panels.
The cladding is mounted so that it can expand freely in the frame to accommodate
temperature variations and limit heat loss. The
laboratory is equipped with side supply ducts with adjustable side
to ensure uniform air distribution throughout the enclosure.
Thermal insulation: provided by 2 layers of 50 mm ‘BIO’ fibre panels on the laboratory side
and 50 mm ‘BIO’ fibre panels on the laboratory side.
The total insulation thickness is 250 mm.
External cladding: panels welded to the frame.
The external cladding and frame are independent of the laboratory,
ensuring a low temperature on the panels.
Two heating units provide the heat. Each unit burner and 2 mixing fans.
