1. Chassis/support frame.
Support frame, protected against corrosion by aluminising.
2. Laboratory.
Internal lining: welded ‘ALUSI’ sheet metal panels. The laboratory is equipped with fins for horizontal air flow to ensure uniform temperature throughout the enclosure.
3. Insulation.
Layers of glass wool panels.
4. External cladding.
Made of panels welded to the frame.
5. Heat source
Heating units providing heat. A group of electrical resistors mounted in a removable rack.
6. Guillotine door
A guillotine door made of painted steel sheet on the outside and ‘ALUSI’ sheet on the inside. The sash door will be operated by a two-hand control located nearby.
7. Hot air ventilation.
Two ventilation units will circulate the hot air in the enclosure horizontally. They will be mounted at the top on removable buffers. Each unit will be controlled by a frequency variator in order to reduce the mixing rate during loading and unloading.

9. Platform
A platform on the oven will be equipped with railings. A stepladder will provide access to the oven roof.
B. Electrical cabinet
An air-conditioned electrical cabinet to regulate and control the thermal equipment. The electromechanical relays, protections, safety devices and wiring required for the correct operation of the installation.
C. PLC, HMI
1. HMI. Touch screen operator terminal.
For managing operating modes, displaying machine status, managing alarms, etc.
