Description

The SCM railway lifting jacks are often analyzed and personalized of specific client requirements. Our railways mobile lifting jacks are available in different standard models depending on the lifting capacity, starting from 5,5 Ton to 50 Ton. SCM series columns can be configured from 4 to 64 columns, with fixed or movable anvil. In conformity with MACHINE DIRECTIVE 2006/42/CE and approved according to the European EN 1493. VERSIONS Our SCM railway lifting jacks are available in 2 different versions: • Fixed anvil, • Movable anvil The main differences between mobile lifting jacks with movable and fixed anvil are: • Fixed anvil jacks are largely used and more economical. In fact, the structure that is built around the anvil is more compact and simpler. • Weight: movable anvil jacks are heavier given their larger structure. The fixed anvil jacks are easier to handle and move around even at intermediate distances. • Structure: the jacks with movable anvil have larger structure, instead fixed anvil jacks are more compact. On the other hand, movable anvil jacks are often required in workshops where the maintenance is usually carried on the same type of train. Once the jacks are put in place the operators don’t need to move the lifts anymore as the lifting points don’t change. Also, movable anvil jacks are ideal for unloading cars from trailers. Our electromechanical lifting system is composed by: • Motoreducer • Irreversable trapezoidal screw • Main nut • Safety nut
