The extrusion line for silicone tubes is specially designed for the requirements of silicone as an extrudate. Special features are the temperature control of cylinder and screw which are designed for the low processing temperatures, and a feed support for the silicone sheets.
The production process of this line is realised in vertical extrusion direction for a reduced space requirement and a higher accuracy of the hose diameter.
