The ENERPAT compact box shear is a heavy-duty hydraulic scrap metal shear designed for efficient processing of mixed ferrous scrap, including end-of-life vehicles (ELVs), HMS, structural steel, rebar, and light industrial scrap. Working Principle
Material is continuously fed into the box where a hydraulic hold-down system compresses and stabilises the scrap. The horizontal shear blade then cuts the material against the reinforced box edge. The cut scrap is automatically discharged, enabling a continuous, high-throughput cycle with minimal operator input.
