Detailed description
The BM-D series processes a wide range of metal chips — iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, titanium and alloys — converting wet or oily swarf into compact briquettes in a single stroke. The synchronized dual press heads reduce cycle time while maintaining consistent briquette size and density. High oil recovery (up to 95%) reduces waste and improves shop-floor conditions. Recycling value can increase (approx. 2000–3000 CNY/ton for iron chips).

Operating principle

• Conveying and feeding: chips are transferred to the briquetting inlet via a chip conveyor.
• Dual-screw feeding: horizontal and vertical screws ensure continuous, clog-free feeding into the compression chamber.
• Hydraulic compression: integrated hydraulic and electronic control systems compress the material into briquettes and eject them automatically.
