Product Overview
The ENERPAT Automatic Twin Ram Baler AMB-L is an industrial baling system designed for high-capacity waste and recyclable processing. With a 148-ton main ram and an 88-ton ejector cylinder, it compacts high-rebound materials into uniform, dense 750 kg bales. The machine features a fast cycle time (≤ 15 seconds) and a large 2000 × 1500 mm loading hopper to maximize throughput and reduce handling and storage costs.

Versatile Material Handling
  • Handles municipal solid waste (MSW), industrial waste, paper, plastics, metals and other high-rebound recyclables

How it works
Material is loaded into the hopper and compressed by the main ram according to pre-set pressure and stroke counts. When the bale reaches the programmed length, the ejector ram pushes the bale out through the side exit. The automatic tying unit secures the bale (typical 6-wire tie). PLC control automates compression, tying and ejection for continuous operation and repeatable bale quality.
