Description

The temperature probe is available for multiple thermal measurements in boreholes, trenches or for embedding in concrete. Temperature is a very important parameter to control in order to evaluate the influence of thermal effects on the measurements and on the structure to be monitored. The thermometers are available with NTC sensor elements. All models are housed in a shock-resistant stainless steel casing that can be embedded in concrete. NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) is a sensor made with semiconductors of metal oxides (iron, cobalt and nickel). The resistance of the sensor in an NTC thermistor decreases with increasing temperature according to a decreasing exponential curve. Application Measurement of the concrete temperature during setting Measurement of temperatures in dams, bridges or tunnels Temperature compensation of other measured values Features High reliability for long-term projects Ready for concrete embedding High accuracy Simple installation and application
