Overview MultiVacH is a state-of-the-art vacuum processing plant for liquid and semisolid products such as suspensions, emulsions and gels. MultiVacH delivers consistent batch-to-batch reproducibility, short cycle and changeover times, simple operation and energy-efficient thermal management. It is suitable for food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical production where controlled dispersion, emulsification and hygienic design are required.

Design highlights MultiVacH integrates vacuum mixing with high-shear mixing and dispersing via a recirculation loop mounted at the vessel bottom. Heating and cooling are provided through an insulated double jacket; direct steam injection is available for rapid heating. The dispersing unit supports suction, pumping and CIP self-cleaning using rotating nozzles. A conical vessel bottom improves flow and feeding to the homogenizer; the system can be emptied through the recirculation line downstream of the homogenizer.
Key components and functions - AUTOMATIC VALVES Two-way butterfly valves with feedback signal and visual indicators for open/close status.
- AGITATOR Single agitator with Teflon scraper blades and static mixer. Coaxial agitator available as option.
- TILTING COVER Manual or electric drive for cover opening. Optional automatic locking system and manhole. Equipped with three spray balls for shadow-free cleaning and a sight glass with light.

- CONTROL SYSTEM Equipped with Siemens PLC, full process visualization and 12" touchscreen. Manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic operation with optional recipe management and monitoring.
- DISPERSING MACHINE Enables suction, pumping and CIP self-cleaning by rotating nozzles to reduce downtime.
Process and operation Solids and liquids with suitable flow properties are fed via the vacuum unit to the homogenizing tool. Recirculation plus scraper action generates macromixing by vertical convection, while the single-chamber homogenizer provides efficient dispersion and emulsification. CIP capabilities and self-cleaning features are integrated to ensure hygienic batch changeover and reduced manual cleaning.
