Standard equipped with flushed mechanical seals. Frequency controlled speed ensure gently mixing of fruit pieces. Teflon surface scrapers improves product homogeneity and heat transfer efficiency. HEATING OF MULTICOOK Specially designed heating consist from heated outer jacket, heated bottom and heated inner cone.
