Custom-built to various drying needs. - Designed for Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals, Food, Textiles and other industries. - Triple walled in construction for close loop circulation. - Exterior chamber made of CRCS 18/16 gauge with CNC fabrication with powder coated panels for long life usage. - Pre-heating Chamber & Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade 18 gauge optional 16 gauges. - Inner and outer chamber filled with rock wool slabs of high density and low thermal conductivity. - Provision for forced air circulation using motorized blower. - Inlet and outlet manual damper control for fresh air inlet and exhaust control. - Provided with control panel for monitoring temperature. - Doors provided with safety cut-out system disabling the motor & heaters when doors are opened in operational mode.
