Extensometer for rock, concrete, and asphalt 3542RA series

The 3542RA model is an averaging axial extensometer that is specifically used on compressive strength evaluations on rock, concrete, and any other massive compression specimens. The unit gauges the axial strain on both sides of the test sample, and the output is an average of the two values. The model has the capacity to measure lengths ranging from 25 mm up to 200 mm, and it has gauging ranges from 1.2 mm up to 6 mm. The 3542Ra model is self-supporting on the sample, and can be mounted easily. For evaluations where a single diameter sample is used, the fixed diameter of the model is suitable. The two values can be separated, offering to outputs. It has a rigid dual flexure layout to enhance its performance.
