Our machine concept is based on economical high performance extrusion. The processing units are designed for high throughputs and therefore the employed esde extruder can often be one size smaller than usual. We count on the approved design of the barrier screw for separation of solid material and melt, universally designed and individually tailored to the specific plastic material. The requirements on a processing extruder can be very different. Depending on the raw material and the desired output achievement we provide our customers with an individually built extruder. The layout is achieved in close cooperation with the customer. We at esde provide you with detailed advice. The design of the extruders is tested in practice at our technical center in Bad Oeynhausen.
