The ESSI Aseptic Tank is a solution designed for the storage of liquid food products subjected to ultrapasteurization treatments UHT such as juices, milk and its derivatives. In addition, it allows the product to be stored in aseptic conditions for a long time with the aim of improving productivity; when used there is no return of surpluses. It can act as a line shock absorber, pre-packing storage or temporary accumulator that eliminates downtime due to washing the equipment before packaging.. The ESSI Aseptic Tank offers sterile conditions and is available as an independent solution or as part of our lines for feeding one or more fillers. The operation is controlled and monitored from a control panel, in which the operation parameters, visual inspection alarms and simple manipulation of the systems that compose it are configured. The ESSI Aseptic Tank has a wide variety of tank sizes ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 L.
