Product overview Material transfer between tanks is performed using an electric or pneumatic chain hoist crane integrated with the pneumatic basket handling system. The system is intended for large-volume tanks and processes with long cycle times where heavy baskets or parts require controlled vertical handling and manual horizontal repositioning.

General features The system operates semi-automatically. Bearing housings mounted on the main frame allow easy forward/backward sliding of baskets. Vertical movement is actuated by a pneumatic piston and controlled via push-button controls. Horizontal displacement of baskets is performed manually by the operator. Compared with fully automatic systems, this configuration is more economical while providing reliable handling for loads up to 80 kg.
