Summary
Immersible ultrasonic modules for precision cleaning of parts in liquid-filled tanks. Suitable for retrofitting existing lines or integration in new machines; available with 28 kHz and 40 kHz operation and low-energy high-frequency generators.

General Features
MobileClean-N modules remove heavy soils such as oil, grease and production residues from all part surfaces. They are designed for industrial washing and rinsing tanks and deliver controlled cavitation for effective yet delicate cleaning. High-efficiency generator circuits reduce energy consumption.

Washing system
Ultrasonic transducers housed in specially designed waterproof stainless steel enclosures suitable for immersion in cleaning liquids.

Working principle
Modules are mounted into liquid-filled tanks; ultrasonic waves generate cavitation bubbles that dislodge contaminants from surfaces.

Construction
Standard construction: 2.0 mm stainless steel 316L. Alternative materials and higher corrosion-resistant alloys available on request.
