TITAN MICROMAX is the entry level platform dedicated to micromachining. With a structure with an electro-welded frame and a granite worktop, it is able to guarantee stable and repeatable processes. The system can mount Nanosecond sources (UV DPSS, Green DPSS), capable of facing demanding applications with high precision results. The system is suitable for the most complex micromachining, achieving optimal results in the micron range. 1. OPTICAL CONFIGURATION The UV and Green sources allow materials to be processed with high precision and with minimal heating that eliminates collateral deformations. The HR, digital, feedback-driven scanning heads and the 3D scanning heads allow to obtain a great quality of the workings applicable even to the most complex surfaces. 2. THERMAL STABILIZATION SYSTEM The system can include an internal thermostating device for the fundamental optical and mechanical components of the machine. The regulation of the temperature at a constant level allows to avoid the thermal deformations of the components and therefore to have the maximum accuracy of the long-lasting machining. 3. MOTION SYSTEM The granite top guarantees maximum stability suitable for the most challenging processes. The linear motors with feedback allow to reach execution speed and performances that guarantee the maximum productivity.
