Application Overview
PM2420 is a power component that utilizes an AC servo motor to directly drive speed gates.
It incorporates a built-in power supply and servo motor control circuit, eliminating the need for a reducer and avoiding wear and noise associated with transmission components.
This product is particularly suitable for scenarios with high pedestrian flow or demanding quality requirements, such as high-speed rail stations, subway stations, airports, etc.

Features and Technical Characteristics
Built-in power supply, servo motor controller, with 220V AC power input and RS485 control interface.
Motor directly connects to the gate shaft, eliminating the need for a reducer, avoiding gaps and noise caused by reducer wear.
Built-in 18-bit encoder allows calibration of closed-door position during installation, ensuring accurate door opening and closing positions.
Door opening and closing time is at least 0.3 seconds, with adjustable speed, and both doors synchronize automatically.
The door operates with a parabolic motion for smooth movements, featuring a seamless action. The motor can achieve a maximum torque of 10Nm, ensuring stable stop positions without oscillations. The system is adaptable to various wind resistance and heavy door conditions.
