Electronic Locking Module for Speed Gate --- PM2424
Application Overview
PM2424 is an intelligent module capable of autonomous detection of abnormal swing gate movement and self-initiated locking and unlocking.
It connects to the controller via the RS485 bus and adopts a sprag clutch-based architecture. A servo motor controls the locking and unlocking lever, with a response time of 500Nm.
Features and Technical Characteristics
Self-designed active induction lock is built differently from traditional electromagnetic clutches, an overrunning clutch mechanism is being used.
The system detects abnormal swing door movement in real time and can lock the direction of force within just 10 milliseconds.
Once the force is released, the swing door quickly returns to position. The benefit of this one-way locking is that the swing door can quickly return to its original position after sensing the release of the push/pull force.
The locking/unlocking process produces almost no mechanical collision noise and experiences minimal mechanical wear.
It consumes almost no power in both the locked and unlocked states.
