Product OverviewThe Liquid-to-Liquid CDU is a compact, 19-inch rack-mountable cooling distribution unit engineered for modern high-density AI data centers. It provides isolated, contamination-free liquid cooling for IT equipment up to 65 kW heat load using a high-efficiency liquid-to-liquid plate heat exchanger to connect data center chilled-water loops with server coolant circuits.
Core Technical Advantages- Isolated Dual-Loop Architecture — Physically separates the primary chilled-water loop from the secondary equipment-coolant loop to deliver low-pressure, clean coolant to servers and prevent corrosion, scaling and blockages.
- Flexible Deployment & Integration — 19-inch rack-mounted format supports in-cabinet installation or dedicated CDU cabinet deployment for centralized or distributed cooling strategies.
- Redundant Design for 24/7 Reliability — Dual-pump 1+1 redundancy removes single points of failure in fluid circulation; dual-power 1+1 redundancy ensures uninterrupted power to critical electronics.
- High-Efficiency Filtration & Heat Exchange — Integrated 50 μm cleanable secondary filter with low pressure drop; full-copper welded plate heat exchanger in S316 stainless steel for efficient thermal transfer (typical delivery 50 kW with ~4 °C primary-secondary delta).
- User-Friendly Installation & Maintenance — Rear stainless-steel quick-flange/quick-connectors for secure, fast integration; supports constant differential-pressure and constant-flow control modes with manual and forced control options.
- Smart Monitoring & BMS Compatibility — Real-time health monitoring, alarms and multi-protocol connectivity (Modbus/RS485, TCP/IP, SNMP) for integration with BMS and cabinet management systems.
- Energy-Efficient Operation — Typical unit power consumption below 700 W at 50 kW cooling capacity; supports warm-water cooling to enable lower PUE operation.
