Aluminum anodizing

EXTOL has a modern and technologically advanced 48,000 ampere anodising plant. This plant is fully automated and has a capacity of 6000 bars per day. It can accommodate profiles up to 7.2 metres long. This type of finish hardens the surface of the aluminium profile, making it more resistant to abrasion and improving the metal’s resistance to corrosion. The anodised layer insulates the aluminium surface and a wide range of colours is available to giveit a decorative appearance. We currently offer our customers a wide variety of tones to satisfy market demands, including silver, bronze, inox, gold, burgundies, blues or black in a variety of finishes such as brushed, gloss or polished. All anodised products are guaranteed by the EWAA/EURAS QUALANOD seal of quality and marine quality anode layer.
