OverviewThe 2-pole charging pantograph is roof-mounted on electric buses and other vehicles to connect with existing trolleybus catenary or dedicated tram/trolley supply stations for battery charging and/or vehicle supply. The unit is pneumatically actuated and designed for customizable head width and installation dimensions.
Benefits for you- Enables low-emission urban transport by using existing overhead infrastructure
- Double copper strips for reliable high-current transmission
- Pneumatic actuation for controlled engagement and retraction
- Panhead width and overall dimensions adapted to customer requirements
- Panhead kneeling in two directions to compensate for bus kneeling and lateral position
- Cost-effective option for cities with established trolleybus networks
- Decades of experience in pantograph and trolleybus current collector design
- 3D model available for download (ZIP)
