Description

Our basic adjustable one-sided SMT Lead Forming system. This tool allows adjustment of most dimensions on an SMT form, but the foot will be fixed. This unit is an excellent entry level machine perfect for short to high quality production runs. There are three standard versions of this system. Custom systems will be quoted as requested. F-1B/1 a standard tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thickness maximum of .150 above and below the forming lines. F-1B/1/SP a special tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thickness maximum of .350 above and below the forming lines. F-1B/1T a special tool that can handle parts up to 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with a body thickness maximum of .400 above and below the forming lines to handle thick packages. Special customized versions of this tool can sometimes handle .500 above the forming lines. F1B/1-4 a large tool that can handle parts up to 4" x 4" with a body thickness maximum of .150 above and below the forming lines. Features One sided universal tool F-1B/1 processing a bottom brazed part *Shown in an optional 3300 hand press, tool will mount in either a hand press or a 5000L air press Fixed Foot Plated to prevent rusting Smt gullwing forms on almost any flat package 2 of 4 sided, changing all dimensions. See drawing for details. Adjustable back stop with linear slide holds package cases parallel for accurate registration. Special Optional Hold Down and Back Stop for Thick Parts All models process top-brazed, side-exit or bottom-brazed packages with optional parts.
