Overview
The extra-low double-drop trailer MegaMAX is engineered for tall, wide and exceptionally bulky freight such as industrial components, heavy machinery, rail vehicles, oversized containers and large crates. North America specification ensures DOT dimensional compliance and operational suitability across the USA and Canada.

Deck types & features
Available with two interchangeable decks:

• Stretch deck
  • Loaded deck height: 13.8” (lowest in class)
  • Closed deck length: 25’ — extends to 42’ in 20” increments
  • Deck inserts available: 79”, 118”, 158” to further extend length
  • 8” drive height at 3.9” ground clearance
  • Multiple shims to precamber deck depending on load
  • Outer beam extension system; removable center deck covers, outriggers & container fittings available
• Minideck
  • Running height: 10.8”
  • Total deck length: 25’ (usable length 22’6” indicated)
  • Full-steel construction across full width for maximum point loads, jacking and skidding operations
• Hydraulic detachable gooseneck with 110” rear swing clearance (ramps included)
• Air Honda pony motor and wet line connection for hydraulic functions

Operational advantages
The MegaMAX combines high axle stroke and large steering angle for exceptional maneuverability and stability on uneven terrain. Compressed length of 53’ and width of 100” (without outriggers) allow empty travel without escorts or special permits in many North American configurations.

Safety & protection
Fully metalized, zinc-plated frame for enhanced corrosion protection. Multiple lashing rings and load fixing points secure diverse cargo types during transport.
