Overview

The VERSA® 745 / 743 Automation system enables fast, accurate and reliable machining, including unattended operation and economical production from batch size one to series. The solution integrates a pallet changer managed by FEHLMANN MCM™ for efficient loading and unloading.

Fehlmann MCM™ (Milling Center Manager)
FEHLMANN MCM™ controls and monitors machines and robots during unattended operation. It runs on an open Windows-based platform and provides an intuitive job table for entering machining sequences and zero points. Sequences and individual parameters can be adjusted interactively during automatic runs to maintain flexibility.

Complete system from a single source
FEHLMANN supplies system engineering, factory commissioning and testing with customer-specific configurations.
