Working closely with a leading manufacturer of bale wrapping machines, we applied our polymeric expertise to develop an ‘endless’ belt. Fenner Precision provides specially-built, fabric-reinforced rubber belts for Bale Wrapping Machines. These truly endless belts prevent joint failure and dramatically improve performance on bale wrapping machines when used in arduous conditions, such as silage or wet climates. These special belts provide the manufacturers and OEMs with better performance and reliability on their machines. This flat belt technology is designed to provide resilient operation in the most demanding conditions, preventing ‘belt splitting’ and the costly disruption of the baling process. Fenner Precision Application Engineers will work with qualified OEMs to develop, prototype and produce an application specific endless belt with the most demanding environmental conditions in mind.
