METAL DRUM HEATERS - TEMPERATURE RANGE 0-200°C The drum heater is ideal for heating and maintaining the temperature of products inside metal drums of 200, 120, 50, and 25 liters (depending on the version chosen). Useful in various industrial sectors, it allows you to heat contents such as liquids, oils, butter, or chemicals. Prevent freezing, protect sensitive materials, and improve the efficiency of production processes. It is especially suitable for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and oil industries. Purchasing it guarantees correct heat treatment and conservation of the materials contained in the metal drums, reducing damage and optimizing the quality of industrial operations. The thermal insulating hood, available only for the 200-liter version, can be purchased separately. They are equipped with a practical adjustable digital thermostat for managing the temperatures, with an automatic switch-off function and a 3 m long power cable equipped with a Schuko type connection socket. With a low weight and practical to use, they are designed for prolonged use and intensive work cycles. Consisting of a resistant jacket of layered materials, equipped with adjustable straps for fixing to the drum and with an IP40 protection class, the heaters are suitable to be equipped during the transport of drums. The heaters are equipped with a thermal fuse. It is a safety device which is activated when the temperature reaches the level of 228°C. IEC protection: Class II - 16A fuse. The metal drum heaters are equipped with a thermostat with a range from 0°C to +200°C. (Ranges with higher temperatures can be requested when ordering, specifying your needs).
