MGP/5 is an automatic machine for producing 45° beveled steps and edged profiles on ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite and agglomerate materials. The compact automated unit performs two distinct machining types with a single setup, suitable for workshop and production environments.

Main functions

• 45° beveling for stair nosings and step composition
• Edging for skirtings, thresholds and window sills with rounded edge profiles (bullnose and half bullnose)

Design and operation
MGP/5 integrates five motorized tool spindles that can be tilted to create a 45° bevel for steps or set upright for edging operations. The machine supports simultaneous use of up to five different grinding wheels to minimise cycle time and increase throughput. Typical outputs include stair nosings, skirtings, thresholds and profiled edges.
