Off-Line Powder Enameling System:
Off-line Powder Enameling Booths, such as the orbital type, are used for inside coating of boilers. One operator can manage the loading and unloading from the front, while other boilers are treated inside the booth. This independent system handles already blasted and cleaned boilers, which are then manually transferred to an overhead conveyor to travel through the oven. The number of stations provided depends on boiler sizes and production capacities.
