Product description
Designed to be paired with EasyDriver screw feeders, the SCREW SUPPLY SYSTEM collects and dispenses a controlled number of screws directly into the operator's hand, reducing errors, simplifying tasks and increasing productivity.

How it works
The Screw Supply System receives screws from the feeder and stores them in a dedicated chamber. When the operator's hand approaches the pickup area, an optical sensor detects presence and triggers release of the programmed quantity of screws directly into the palm. An integrated LED in the pickup area indicates system status:

• Steady green: pickup available
• Flashing green: waiting for pickup confirmation
• Steady yellow: screw feeding in progress
• Flashing red: rejected pickup
• Off: system inactive
