Designed especially for curd dosing in a continuous process for obtaining cheese with identical characteristics using uniform pre-pressing. Gently mixing system is performed to avoid curd sedimentation and compaction. This method makes it possible to obtain homogeneity of the mixture thereof at the entrance of metering machine.
