This convenient one-piece, single membrane rupture disc is reverse-bulged and perimeter-scored to facilitate opening without knife blades. Operates in both gas and liquid applications Effective in the isolation of Safety Relief valves Withstands full vacuum, without the aid of a vacuum support Will sustain cyclic and pulsating pressures as high as 90% of the stamped disc rating If damaged during normal installation, the SRL rupture disc will open at less than 1.5 times the stamped burst pressure Special seating configuration allows SRL discs to perform reliably, even under less-than-ideal bolt loading conditions Effective in VALVEGUARD protection of expensive Pressure Relief Valves and Safety Relief Valves
