The activating mixer can be used separately or as part of grouting centre IC-1 or IC-2, which consists of a final mixer and a grouting piston pump of the IC series. This process leads to the required high dispersion of the solid stage. The preparation of a standard injection mixture dose in the AM 200 activating mixer takes about 1 minute. The centrifugal pump is designed as packing-free, with a highly antiabrasive finish of all surfaces that are in contact with the prepared mixture. There is a three-way valve that enables the finished mixture to be drawn after the end of activation from the mixer tank into the final mixer tank, from which it is sucked by the grouting pump.
